Secretary's note. - The Council is the professional body, having charge of the election of members, the holding of meetings (except business meetings), and the publication of papers, proceedings, etc. The Board Of Directors is the body legally responsible for the business management of the Corporation, and is there fore, for convenience, composed of members residing in New York.
