Its 1959. Colleen Affeld was born in Pennsylvania in 1950. She moved to Florida at four years old, and as an adult now lives with her husband and daughter in Valparaiso, Indiana. She works and has studied her writing at Valparaiso University. She and her husband hope to retire back in Florida.
