K. Patrick Malone was born and raised in a small town not far from the New Jersey Shore, graduating with a B.A. in Psychology from Monmouth University before obtaining a law degree from Capital University Law School. After years of practicing law, he retired from law to write spine tingling tales of the supernatural beginning with his critically acclaimed, multi award winning first novel, Inside a Haunted Mind. Malone then followed up Haunted with The Diggers’ Rest, to more critical praise and awards, establishing his reputation for always delivering the unexpected. For his third novel, An Unfinished House, Malone was awarded Foreword Magazine’s Book of the Year bronze medal, among many others, cementing him as the supernatural’s independent heir apparent. The House at Miller’s Court, Malone’s fourth novel, now further reinforces his reputation as the sharpest edge in modern American horror.
