We asked Mr. Moss to place some of his best producers in different districts that we designated. Q. You designated the districts? A. Yes. Q. You decided what should be done? A. Yes. Q. The placing of those agents consisted in making contracts with them? A. In his sending them to those different cities. Q. Did you make contracts with them? ' A. No. Q.
