It is my desire to offer a plain statement, in a historical and argumentative way, of the value and necessity of the peace principle of arbitration in settling disputes between capital and labor.
Events are daily transpiring which are crowding to the front the importance of amicably adjusting the controversies of workingmen and their employers. Their dissensions are operating injustice and damage to both sides and to society at large.
