Thus, therefore, the natural course of human reason is constituted. First, this convinces itself of the ex istence of some necessary being. In this being it cognises an independent existence. Then it seeks the conception of the independent of all condition, and finds such, in that which itself is the sufficient condition of every other, that is, in that which contains all reality. But the All without limits is absolute unity, and carries along with it the conception of an only, namely, the highest being, and thus reason concludes that the highest being, as the original of all things, exists absolutely necessarily.' - Kaizz: Critic/e of Pure Ream.
