Susan Friedmann, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional), has traveled the world helping companies put their best foot forward at industry events. Her client list includes some of the most recognizable names in the world: Siemens, Kimberly-Clark, IBM, American Express, and many more. She is the author of numerous books, including Meeting and Event Planning for Dummies and hundreds of magazine and newspaper articles. Friedmann has been a guest on a variety of radio talk shows and a guest expert on CNN's Financial Network and Bloomberg Television. She is also a national board director of the National Speakers Association (NSA).
