Dr. Wunderlich is an economist whose career has focused on land issues in America and abroad. He has written extensively on landownership, taxation, development, ethics, and policy. His 40 years in the U.S. Department of Agriculture included assignments in government and universities in America and in South Asia and Eastern Europe.
