The Reviev'publilhed at Jena is the principal; but not the only true. There are everul others by no means deficient in merit. Its chief rival is the Gatlingrfibe enlarger: m gelebrmr [urban i. E. Got tingcn's Tidings of learned Publications. Thefe are publilhed in numbers, three or four times in the week, fo as to form about two hundred and ten in a year. This literary journal is upon a'fmaller fesle than the other. Not more than fix hundred, or fix hundred and fifty books are reviewed in it annually, but it is well conducted.
