Jorn Riel was born in 1931 in Odense, Denmark. He has travelled extensively and written over forty novels and short stories. The Inuk Quartet, which has been published in Danish, French, and German, is his debut in the English language. about the artist: Helen Cann has painted in studios of all shapes and now stirs up inspiration above a milkshake shop in Brighton.
