From the collections of noted orientalist Louis-Mathieu Langlès (his sale, 1825, lot 3930) and noted bibliophile François-Xavier Borluut de Noortdonck (his sale, 1858, lot 4688). the latter's bookplate, delicately engraved by Charles Onghena, graces the front pastedown of volume I. 8vo. Beautifully bound in contemporary tree calf, spine and covers decorated in gilt. Tiny traces of wear to extremities of bindings, else FINE AND BRIGHT, WITH NO DEFECTS.
