I have just come from the Museum after an absence of 4 weeks and brought with me the book promised a year ago. This is a copy I was fortunate to pick up with 2 others some time ago, and has a copy of the letter in which Queen Victoria accepted a copy for the Library at Balmoral. The bulk of those I have been able to secure are minus this interesting document and I venture to think you will be glad to have such a copy for the Library of the Polytechnic.'.
