Leather. Zustand: Fine. Not Stated (illustrator). A five-volume set of this Danish science periodical, Vor Viden, concerning new technology and research, with illustrations throughout. A five volume set in half morocco bindings with marbled boards. A very scarce five-volume set containing the Danish magazine 'Vor Viden', a science journal covering the latest technology and research, with a variety of authors. The first volume, published in 1951, was edited by Paul Bergsoe and Michael Schroder and contains magazine volumes from October 1949 to September 1950, covering the subjects 'Den moderne teknik' (the modern technique), 'Dyrelivet' (animal life) and 'Fra kemikerens voerksted' (from the chemist's workshop). Included are the front and first page of volumes 1-6 , 8-12, 14-19 and 21-25, and the full pages of volumes 7, 13, 20, and 26. The second volume, published in 1952, was edited by Michael Schroder and Frithiof Hansen and contains magazine volumes from October 1951 to September 1952. Included are the full volumes 53-72 and 74-78. The third volume, published in 1953, was edited by Frithiof Hansen and contains magazine volumes from October 1952 to September 1953. Included are the full volumes 79-82, 84-104. The fourth volume, published in 1955, was edited by Frithiof Hansen and contains magazine volumes from October 1954 to September 1955. Included are the full volumes 131-156. The fifth volume, published in 1956, was edited by Frithiof Hansen and contains magazine volumes from September 1955 to September 1956. Included are the full volumes 157-182. In half morocco bindings. Externally bright and smart, with a little rubbing to the extremities (more so to Vol II) and to the head and tail of the spines.
