Softcover. Zustand: Very Good. First edition. Small octavo. 40pp. Very good or better in toned stiff wrappers, slightly rubbed with some wear along the spine and a few scattered spots. Signed or Initialed by William Carlos Williams, Cid Corman, Philip Lamantia, Max Finstein, as well as several other poets we could not definitively identify. It's additionally signed by Betty Boop, John Paul Jones and Napoleon, though we have reason to believe these are not genuine given that one is a cartoon character and the other two had been dead for more than 100 years at the time of this issue's publication. These were done fictitiously by one of the contributors. Nevertheless an interesting and possible unique copy of this poetry magazine.

Softcover. Zustand: Fine. Magazine. (10)pp. Single sheets printed both sides, except for final sheet, and secured with a staple. Fine with the address for City Lights Bookshop crossed out and another handwritten underneath, as issued. An influential mimeograph published by Jones and di Prima featuring some of the most important poets of the 20th Century. Unlike other magazines, this so-called "newsletter" was distributed via a mailing list, many of which were noted poets, journalists, critics, publishers and artists. For this reason, most copies were hand addressed or affixed with a mailing label and stamp, and folded for mailing. This copy is remarkably pristine with no writing, stamp, or label. The issue features contributions from Lew Welch, Richard Baker, Dale Landers, Robert Creeley, and A.B. Spellman.
