A loose remake of the 1937 film "The Hurricane," based on the 1936 novel by James Norman Hall and Charles Nordhoff. A painter falls in love with an island chief. Her father, a US Navy Captain, arrests the man because he disapproves of their relationship. Set in the island of Alava, shot on location in Bora Bora. 9.75 x 8 inches. Near Fine. Weldon 1996.

Three Near Fine, with light wear to the corners, three Very Good plus, with a few one-inch tears and faint creasing to the corners.
