The greedy relatives of a recently deceased millionaire gather in the man's mansion to hear the reading of the will, only to discover the entire fortune has been left to one young woman. The fifth feature film adaptation of Willard's pitch black comedy, heavily influenced by the first adaptation in 1927. Shot on location in Surrey, England. Navy titled wrappers with credits for screenwriter Jake Barnes. Title page present, dated 1976, noted as Second Draft, with credits for screenwriter Jake Barnes. 157 leaves, with last page of text numbered 154. Xerographic duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Near Fine, with a navy Velo binding.
