The letters of Lorenzo Guazzesi (edited in Arezzo, 1755 at Belotti) and the Apology of Girolamo Tartarotti (edited in Lucca 1758, publisher is not cited) are bound in one book. First the book starts with a longer dedication to Cardinal Quirino ("All eminentissomo Signor Cardinale Quirini", pages 30). The letters of Lorenzo Guazzesi: pages 48 in a nice large Antiqua-print. The Apology of Girolamo Tartarotti: pages 346 (letters against Girolamo included). Tartarotti is notable, because he attacked belief in the existance of witches. Binding is later (about 1900). It loooks like a publishers-binding. Noble black linen-cloth, gilt-print on the spine. 12x22. The condition of binding is good and compact, only on the backboard there is as small fox-marked stripe. Inside there are only on the cut a few small foxmarks (spots) and a few pages with light-one.
