First edition of this rare treatise on international law, based on the work of Grotius. The author refers mainly to Grotius but also to Thomasius and Pufendorf. Large engraved title, head and tail vignettes depicting prosperity and trade (title vignette), war (head vignette), and peace and prosperity (tail vignette).
