A scarce early eighteenth century English language translation of the works of French poet and critic Nicolas Boileau-Despreaux, illustrated throughout. ESTC Citation No. T143904. With volume I dated 1712 and volume II dated 1711, as called for. Illustrated with a frontispiece and seven plates to volume I, and a frontispiece to volume II.
