Collated, complete.Containing the ink signature of a previous owner to the front free-endpaper: 'Bertrand Harver, 1911'.This copy came from the library at Julians Park, Hertfordshire, the previous home of Audrey Pleydell-Bouverie (1902-1968). She was an English socialite and through her mother was the illegitimate granddaughter of King Edward VII. In the publisher's original cloth binding with gilt stamping to the front board and spine. Externally, bright, with some shelf wear. A tear in the cloth to the front board. Spine has faded slightly. Previous owner's ink signature to the front free-endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean. Very Good. book.
