In a burgundy cloth binding with gilt lettering to spine. Externally generally smart, lightly rubbed in places with some sunning and bumping to spine. Ink inscription to front free-endpaper dated 1917. Internally generally firmly bound with generally bright and clean pages throughout, save for some browning to the page edges and foxing to the first and last few pages as usual. Good. book.
