This work provides a study of British and exotic ferns and includes plates illustrating the Victoria and Paradise Nurseries where he worked during this study. In the publisher's original cloth. Externally very smart with bumping to the extremities, marks to the boards and fading to the spine with front joint tender and very minimal loss to the head and tail of the spine. Slight marks to the endpapers with front hinge tender, rear hinge starting and past owner's initials to the front free endpaper. Internally firmly bound with generally bright pages and scattered spotting to the front and rear and the odd spot throughout. Very Good. book.
