Zustand: Sehr gut. Catalogue of a huge private collection of statues from Tibet and China in Tibetan style. As far as we know, 6 volumes were published in all, however they are not uniform and published by different publishers. We can offer the following volumes. Each has a small private title label on the spine with a volume number. A first selection of this collection was already published in 1998, thus the spine label should start with vol. 2, but to not confuse with the spine labels we use in the following description the numbering of these spine labels: Vol. 1: 238 pages, 238 statues. Vol. 3: 286 pages, 262 statues. Vol. 4: 144 pages, numerous illustrations. Vol. 5: 112 pages, 103 statues. All statues are illustrated with a very good colour photo, in case the sculpture bears an inscription this is shown in an additional photo. Save for vol. 4 all volumes were published in hardcover bindings with dust jackets, vol. 4 is in its original softcover binding. Vol. 1 has its front hinge broken, but the binding is very firm, the tops of vol. 1 and 3 are a but rubbed, dust jackets with gentle signs of use, otherwise all books in very good condition. Text is in Chinese, on the flaps of two volumes is a brief description in English and the name of the deity is also mentioned in English. Very scarce. Sprache: Englisch Gewicht in Gramm: 5400.
