From the library of the ''Count of Paris'' (small oval stamp on the halftitle ''Bibliothèque de S.A.R. Mgr. Le Comte de Paris''. The author was an Oxford educated economist, a good friend of Alexis de Toqueville. Fine copy , nicely bound in full leather, of the first edition.
